With the fast development of our country, China successfully won the opportunity to host the 2008 Olympic Games. our goal is to be environmental friendly. So each citizen of our country is responsible to that.
As a high school student, there are a lot of things we can do, such as riding a bike or walking to school, remembering to turn off the lights when we are out, using more paper bags instead of plastic, not throwing litters, especially the batteries. They are all small things but important to protect our environment.
For the success of the 2008 Olympic Games and for our country as well as ourselves, we need and should do so. I believe if everyone does so, our country will become more beautiful.
