in可以用在上午，下午，晚上，月份或年代前面。例如：
in the morning 在上午 in the afternoon 在下午
in September 在九月份 in 1999 在1999年
at 用在具体的钟点前。例如：
at seven o'clock 在七点种 at eleven thirty 在十一点半
(at 不与afternoon, morning, evening连用,而用于at noon,at night)
on用在具体的某一天。例如：
on Saturday 在星期六 on October 1 在十月一日
另外, on还用在被修饰的时间短语前面。例如：
on Tuesday morning 在星期二早晨
on the evening of September 10 在九月十日的晚上

告诉别人现在的时间是下午．晚上还是早上用in，祝福别人是用at，告诉别人刚才过去的那个时间用on.

in the morning, in the afternoon, in the evening. 一般都加THE. 前面冠词用IN.
sunday morning, sunday afternoon, sunday evening, 类似这种情况不加THE -
in the morning/the afternoon/the evening, in the noon, at night, on Monday/……, 表示在周几时，前面不能加the, at 一般用在表示具体时间时用，例如：We often have supper at six o'clock.
