要想翻译好，首先要知道要翻译的是什么东西，到底是什么意思。如果只是字面上理解，翻译出来的东西肯定让别人纳闷。现在这个词，我来翻一下试试。
首先，“贫乳”一词来自日语，意思应该是“平胸”。见下段：
平胸，又称貧乳（来自日語），是指平坦的乳房：A罩杯或以下的女性乳房。有人認為「貧乳」一詞是把女性平胸視為不正常，故也有较为中性的称法微乳。［源自维基百科］
好了。要想翻译“贫乳”，只要翻译“平胸”就ＯＫ了。
ＯＫ，这样，在网上查了一下，最容易表达这个意思的，就是一个词。
flat chest
另一个词，虽然用的比较少，也能表达这个意思。（google里随便一搜就太多了，不再举例）
flat breasts.
其中有一个例子，某论坛里有人说，“我老婆flat breasts，我能不能提出离婚？做＊爱时我都提不起性趣。。。婚前她假装有正常的胸部……”
