There is not a specific problem with the battery life of your phone,
however there is a specific way that it needs to be charged. Please
follow the guidelines detailed below.
If you charge your phone when it is on follow these steps.
Turn the Phone off and back on again.
Connectthe charger to the mains and to the phone when it is ON. please
followthis important point, DO NOT TURN PHONE OFF WHILST CHARGING.
When the handset is fully charged remove from the charger.
If you charge the phone while it is off, follow these steps.
Connect the Charger while the phone is turned off.
DO NOT turn the handset on while charging.
When the phone is fully charged, disconnect the phone from the charger
before turning the unit on.
To turn the handset on whilst charging, disconnectthe charger, THEN
TURN THE PHONE ON, reconnect the charger to continuecharging if
desired.
When you do this process for the first time, give the phone the same
